Album is categories in Flexi, which can be created from admin dashboard.
Album cannot be created from front end by visitors and it must be created by user with proper rights.
These form categories will be seen during
a) Form submission
b) Sidebar widgets
c) Filter gallery by categories through links & menus
Steps:
1- Login to wordpress admin dashboard
2- Navigate to Flexi → Categories. You will see the screen as below
3- Add name of the category
4- Add slug name with small character which is used for SEO (Search Engine Friendly)
5- Select parent category if you want current category as sub category.
6- Write description which is optional
7- Select image as thumbnail of the album.
8- Click Add or update.
Hide this Category:
This option will hide the category from form, widgets etc. Visitors will not see this category at frontend.
This hidden category can be used by administrator for different reasons.
For eg. Admin can create a category named “featured” and hide it. Administrator can assign some post into this “featured” category. Use special shortcode to display only post from selected album.

When clicking on category links on widgets it is by default will display post associated with it.
By using this option, it can be used to display sub-categories of it only.
